INTRODUCTION

This course is the ideal starting point toward understanding the ISO 22000:2005 food safety management system standard. A detailed review of each clause of the standard will be covered to help participants gain the required knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000:2005.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

The course will enable participants to gain the food safety management systems knowledge based on the ISO 22000:2005 standard. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to apply the ISO 22000:2005 requirements to implement an effective food safety management system.

All personnel, including food safety team members, involved in implementing ISO 22000:2005 food safety management systems.
